Sidebar/Widgets are Gone in Admin Panel

I need to update my Widgets and when I go to appearance -> Widgets. I can view the widgets but can’t view any of the sidebars to edit or add to. No other plugins are activated, so it can’t be a plugin issue. Please advise.
