Hi,
1- please go to your admin dashboard and Theme Options > Homapge tab. http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=options-framework and set the “Header Image” for the homepage image. If you want to change default predefined header image you can change the default image from this folder: wp-content/themes/sunrise/img/homebackground.jpg
2 – you should go to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php and create a menu for the main navigation and define it for header.
