Address on Contact Page Issue

How do I get the contact address field on the theme options, contact us page to wrap around to the next line?
(to go down one line for the city, state and zip) The Shift/enter nor the Ctrl/enter does not seem to take.
I have also used html tags and they just get removed.

Right now it reads:
PO Box 20555, Sed (wrap around break here)
ona, AZ 86341

I want to be able to move Sed down to the next line so it reads Sedona correctly.
