Here is the modified version of content boxes url and all.

1. replace theme-options.php by this: http://paste2.org/zC7UtEn9

2. replace admin/options/homepage.php by this: http://paste2.org/cxZzdsZ4

3. replace home.php by this: http://paste2.org/st9W6sca

then you should set admin > theme options > homepage again.

Before the apply these changes, I recommend to you please back-up your files again.
