Right, my fault, wrote it from memory, Showcase is for Portfolio.
For Resume to appear in Main Menu, go to Appearance -> Menus and there on the left side you should see the Resume page, click on it and then Add to Menu.
If you can’t see the Resume Page, go to top right, click Screen Options and check Resume there to appear on the left side.
