Change button color

Where is the color of the buttons found.  My buttons are blue and I would like them to be red.  I’m referring to the buttons on pages and the like, not the shortcode ones.

I know there is the button.css, which has all the colors for the buttons, just need to know how to tell SimpleCorp I want the red buttons for its default, non-shortcode, buttons.
